Troubleshooting

I don't see any apps in the applications view​

  • Check to make sure you're global admin or application admin in AAD
  • If you'd like other roles to have access, add ther UUIDs as mappings in the API appsettings under "AdminRoles"
  • You can also grant admin access via Application Roles by specifying the role value under "AppRoles"

I have one of those roles and I still don't see any applications​

  • Check to make sure that the AAD app registration for RAMPART has the correct token configuration:
    • Under "Token configuration", use the three dots to delete your existing groups claim
    • Then, choose the "add groups claim" button
    • In the dialog, check all the boxes (security groups, directory roles, all groups and groups assigned to the application)
  • Select save
  • Log out and back into RAMPART
